I received an updated I-797 form as a replacement for my expired GC.Im curious if anyone else has had the date for that changed on them. Back in January 4th we received the change from "Case received" to "Case being actively reviewed", but after checking today it still says case actively being reviewed but the date under it has changed to April 22nd 2022. My general take is that active review immediately after submission/biometrics on either I-130/I-485 is meaningless as far as predicting a case timeline, it probably just means someone has glanced at your paperwork/online documents and nothing major is missing that would trigger an early RFE or deficiency notice.Case is being actively reviewed by Uscis for I-485.
